Hand Reflexology

Hand Reflexology is an alternative to traditional foot Reflexology. A natural, holistic therapy based on the discovery that there are points on the hands which correspond to organs, systems and structures within the entire body. This corresponding relationship is called a 'reflex'. By using specialised techniques and correct pressure to stimulate the points on the hands, can help to restore the body to balance and promote well-being.

This wonderful treatment is non-invasive, so it can be given anywhere. It is extremely beneficial where foot Reflexology is not possible. Or, for those hard of hearing, as verbal communication is enhanced due to closer proximity.

On this comprehensive fully accredited course you will learn the principles of Hand Reflexology Therapy, and how to perform treatments practically & safely.
