Swedish Body Massage currently represents the western "standard" for massage therapy. Also commonly known as "therapeutic massage". Swedish Massage is the corner stone of all body massage work. And represents the most common form of massage to promote relaxation. Massage treatments are adapted using techniques to suit the individual needs of the client.

Treatments helps to release stress and tension in our bodies by increasing oxygen flow and blood circulation. Reduces muscle spasm and pain, releases endorphins and reduces anxiety. Improves lymphatic drainage, mobility and promotes balance and wellbeing.

This fully accredited course will teach you the principles of Swedish Body Massage, how to perform it safely and practically, including the face and head.
