  1. Use the enrolment form to book courses.
  2. Safe and secure payment instructions will be emailed for payment, you will need a PayPal account.
  3. All Online Courses and Bundles are to be paid in full. There are links to home study online courses with their own T&C's please  read before you book a courses, we are not responsible for them.
  4. Option to pay a deposit to reserve booking for practical training, to confirm a space full payment must be paid no later than 21 days before training day.
  5. E-vouchers can be used towards courses the reference code must be used to be accepted.
  6. All prices & information advertised are subject to change at any time. Any previously advertised price or information either printed or found on the internet will cease to be valid.


Communication

  1. If you do not receive any expected emails, first check your spam, please get in touch at your earliest convenience to update contact details.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel, re-schedule or vary any course or part of a course due to reasons beyond control or changes in regulations, we endeavour to give as notice as soon as possible.

Etiquette, Health & Safety

  1. Under no circumstances will training or treatments go ahead on the agreed date if you or Bedfordshire Serenity School have any symptoms of contagious illness, an alternative date will need to be made. Please get in touch at the earliest opportunity if you are experiencing any symptoms of contagious illness.
  2. Treatments and training will immediately be cancelled for disruptive behaviour, under the influence of drugs or alcohol  endangering themselves or others. Verbal /physical abuse and any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate space in your venue for equipment and products for your treatment and training. 
  4. Appropriate clothing is required for treatments and training.
  5. Pets are not allowed during treatments and training.

Training

  1. To keep standards high, assessments are required to competently pass accredited and approved courses and gain qualification.
  2. Examination papers may take 14 working days to be marked depending on the volume received.
  3. Diploma certification and certificate of attendance will be emailed, please allow 14 working days. There is a charge of £25.00 for replacement of certificates.
  4. Insurance - Please ensure you have made your own checks with regards to your local bye laws and insurance costs. Some insurers may require certain pre-requisites prior to insuring you. It is completely your responsibility to make your own checks. It is recommended to check before booking your course. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any new regulations and insurance. Bedfordshire Serenity School takes no responsibility for this.
  5. Training Manuals - 

  6. Should you find any problems with training manuals please kindly bring it to our attention so we can rectify any problems asap. 
  7. Support - You have unlimited support available post training. Some courses need plenty of practice after your course to perfect and refine your skills. Everyone has differing learning abilities, it is up to you to inform us at the time of booking any additional support you may need. If you feel you need extra support It is our best interest to work with you until you are happy with your new-found skills. Please advise inform of any Disabilities or Additional Learning Requirements you may have prior to your course.
