Booking & Payment
- All payments made to Bedfordshire Serenity School are non-refundable.
- All our prices & information advertised are subject to change at any time. Any previously advertised price or information either printed or found on the internet will cease to be valid.
- To book courses & treatments please complete the booking form, safe payment instructions will be sent to you.
Online Training
- Please complete the booking form - a payment request will be emailed to you - once full payment has been received, we will email your full course at the earliest opportunity, courses are in pdf format. There is no time limit for our online courses.
- To keep standards high case studies/exam paper may be required on selected accredited courses to gain your accredited qualification.
- Certificates will be emailed to you once you successfully complete your course, we aim to send your certificate within 14 days. There is a fee of £25 per certificate to resend. Please ensure we have the correct spelling of your name for your certificate.
- If you do not receive any expected emails, first check your spam, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can ensure all the correct details for you are on file,
- We have links to other online courses please ensure you read their Terms & Conditions before you book these courses, we are not responsible for their Terms & Conditions.
Training Manuals
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Bedfordshire Serenity School and any copies made of course materials, booklets or training aids will be an infringement of copyright. All our materials are digitally imprinted and can be traced back to the original owner.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver your training manual in perfect condition please accept our apologies in advance should there be any spelling or grammar mistakes we are only human. Please kindly bring it to our attention so we can rectify any problems asap.
It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any new regulations and insurance. Bedfordshire Serenity School takes no responsibility for this.
Practical Training
- Full payment for your practical course must be made no later than 14 days prior to the first day of your course. If not paid in time, you run the risk of losing your deposit.
- If you need to postpone your practical course you must give us 4 weeks notice, or you run the risk of losing your place on the course.
- Your practical course can be moved once, so long as it is to an equivalent course subject and taken within three months of the original course. However, at the stage any outstanding monies must be paid. Further cancellation of the same course will result in losing all monies paid to date.
- When booking your practical training proof of ID if we request this, any documents required must be returned and signed prior to receiving confirmation of your booking. You have 7 days from the date of your booking to return these forms, after which your place will be secured so long as all monies are paid on time. Your course confirmation letter, manuals or exam paper will be sent at this time if relevant to your course.
- If you do not receive any expected emails, first check your spam, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can ensure all the correct details for you are on file, and try to resend anything you need with enough time prior to your course.
- Please ensure you have made your own checks with regards to your local bye laws and insurance costs. Some insurers may require certain pre-requisites prior to insuring your business it is completely your responsibility to make your own checks.
Training Days
- You will need your own models for practical training if your training is 1 - 1.
- Please ensure you dress appropriately and comfortable for practical training, you are welcome to wear your uniform. We not accept responsibility or any liability for students belongings whilst they are training.
- We will provide you with the necessary products and equipment needed for your course.
- Once full payment has been made for course, you will be emailed your course manual at the earliest opportunity in order to spend ample hands on time during your practical training day.
- Support - You have unlimited support available post training. Some courses need plenty of practice after your course to perfect and refine your skills. No refunds are available due to your inability to perform the treatment or change in your circumstances or the course not meeting your own personal expectations. Everyone has differing learning abilities, it is up to you to inform us at the time of booking any additional support you may need. If you feel you need extra support in your chosen subject It is our best interest to work with you until you are happy with your new-found skills. Please advise us of any Disabilities or Additional Learning Requirements you may have prior to your course. This is to allow us to assist you in your chosen subject.
- We reserve the right to cancel, re-schedule or vary any course or part of a course due to reasons beyond control or changes in regulations, we endeavour to give as notice as soon as possible.
- Health & safety - Under no circumstances will we provide practical training if you or Bedfordshire Serenity School have any symptoms of contagious illness. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you are experiencing any symptoms of contagious illness.
- Pets are not allowed at the training venues.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate space in your venue for equipment and products for your practical training day. There will be no refunds if there is not appropriate room for your practical training to go ahead.
- Etiquette - We are a professional training provider, under no circumstances will we accept inappropriate language or behaviour. We will not tolerate any form of abuse, physical or verbal abuse at any time. Nor will we tolerate any sexism, ageism or racism or any type of discrimination of any sorts.
- Where a student is disruptive to or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or endangers themselves or others, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the training. Should we need to cancel your training for the above reasons you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Assessment - To keep standards high and gain your qualification we reserve the right to ask students to complete a written, oral exam and/or case studies continuous observations will be made.
- Certificates - Will be emailed to you. We aim to send your certificate within 14 days after your course, there is a fee of £25 per certificate to resend. Please ensure we have the correct spelling of your name for your certificate. Diploma certificates will be issued for our accredited courses.
Treatments - Currently being updated
- We will supply all equipment & products.
- Please provide adequate space for treatments at your venue.
- No treatments will be carried out if there are visible signs of sickness or contagious illness on individuals.
- No pets are allowed during your treatment time.
- 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, if less than 48 hours notice is given we reserve all rights to invoice you for part or full payment of the treatment.
- Etiquette- Under no circumstances will we accept inappropriate language or behaviour. We will not tolerate any form of abuse, physical or verbal abuse at any time. Nor will we tolerate any sexism, ageism or racism or any type of discrimination of any sorts. Should any individual be disruptive or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or endangers themselves or others. We reserve all rights to refuse to provide a treatment for this reason.
- Please ensure that you are aware of any additional information before booking.
- New male clients welcome by referral for mobile treatments at home.
- We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Full information regarding how we use your data will be provided upon request.
- Any complaints in the first instance should be made to Bedfordshire Serenity School. Awarding bodies will not accept complaints directly unless you have followed this process.
